Inside Our Factories
Manxing Grain Storage operates an integrated manufacturing network across 4 facilities totalling more than 80,000 m² of production space. By controlling every step from steel coil to finished product, we deliver consistent quality, predictable lead times and full traceability — essential when your project depends on every component being right the first time.
Production Capabilities
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
Our in-house galvanizing kettle (12 m long) applies 85–275 g/m² zinc coating per EN ISO 1461, depending on the component and environment. Every batch is tested for coating thickness and adhesion.
CNC Roll-Forming
CNC roll-forming lines produce corrugated bin panels to ±0.2 mm profile tolerance. Stiffener slots and bolt holes are punched in-line to ensure field assembly fits first time.
Tower Dryer Fabrication
Welded stainless-steel dryer columns are fabricated in jigs with PLC-grade moisture control wiring pre-installed. Each unit is pressure-tested before shipment.
Aeration & Handling Assembly
Aeration fans, temperature cables, bucket elevators and belt conveyors are assembled, balanced and bench-tested in our handling-equipment workshop.
From Coil to Loaded Truck
- Steel coil inspection — every incoming coil is verified for grade, thickness and zinc coating before unloading.
- Slitting & roll-forming — coils are slit to width, then formed into corrugated panels with punched bolt holes.
- Hot-dip galvanizing — formed panels are dipped in molten zinc to EN ISO 1461.
- Sub-assembly — stiffeners, roof sections and accessories are pre-assembled in jigs.
- Quality control — dimensional, coating and weld inspection with full traceability records.
- Container loading — packed in 40' containers with installation hardware, labelled and sealed.
