Quality Management System
Manxing Grain Storage operates a documented Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001:2015. Every project — from a single farm bin to a 50,000-tonne export terminal — flows through the same controlled processes: design review, material certification, in-process inspection, final inspection and shipment release.

In-Process Quality Control
Incoming Inspection
Steel coil verified for grade, thickness and zinc coating. Material Test Certificate (MTC) recorded against every heat number.
Dimensional Checks
CMM and gauge checks on panel profile, bolt-hole position and stiffener slots — every 50th panel sampled.
Weld & Paint Test
Welder qualifications per ISO 9606; welds inspected visually and by dye penetrant. Dry film thickness checked on every painted part.
Galvanizing Test
Coating thickness measured per EN ISO 1461; adhesion tested by standard hammer strike method.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
100% final visual inspection, packing list verification, container sealing and traceability records archived.
Documentation Package
Each shipment includes mill certificates, galvanizing reports, weld maps and an as-built drawing pack.
