Corn is one of the world's most stored grains by volume, and its relatively high oil content, susceptibility to spoilage at elevated moisture, and tendency to fissure during rapid drying make it one of the most demanding commodities to store correctly. Manxing's approach integrates receiving, cleaning, drying, temperature-controlled aeration, automated unloading, and real-time inventory monitoring into a single, seamless system. Our manufacturing facilities produce galvanized corrugated steel bins with Z600+ zinc coating (600 g/m²), flat-bottom and hopper-bottom configurations, and capacities ranging from 20 tonnes to 22,000 tonnes per silo. All structural components are designed to EN 1991-4, AISI, and GB 50322 standards, with wind loads up to 150 km/h and seismic zones up to 8 on the Richter scale. Manxing's proprietary bolted panel system enables rapid on-site assembly with minimal heavy equipment, reducing installation timelines by up to 40% compared to welded alternatives.
